Fees for Buying

Once we provide a quote our professional fees are fixed so you know what you pay right from the start. Our professional fees start at $995 and increase slightly for more detailed and complex matters. Contact us today and let us tailor a package to suit your needs and budget!

DISBURSEMENTS 

The following disbursements are payable in addition to our professional fees. They are charged as we incur them – there is no margin added:

Postage, faxing, copying and sundries: $35
Archive fee – we keep your file to hand for next time you consult us: $45
Full set of property enquiries – we search a variety of
government bodies to ensure there are no detrimental
interest in the property (this is not a pest,building or strata
inspection report)		 Unit - $380 (appx)
House - $550 (appx)
Office of State Revenue stamping fee: $20
Courier fees: as incurred
Final title search: $15 each
Settlement agent’s fee: $50

Not Proceeding 

We charge $100 for a contract review including all advice provided (plus any disbursements) if you are not successful in purchasing the property.  

GST is charged in addition to the fees & disbursements
